   Kind of funny in retrospect that !AGPL v3 preamble says it "is not a version of the #Affero GPL".

     It is especially odd since the official page for it is titled "Affero General Public License." Time for 3.0.1? :)

     @tieguy It's titled "GNU Affero General Public License". The amount of confusion that removes is negligible, compared to the amount it adds.

     @clacke There were proposals to give #AGPL v3 another name. I remember @bkuhn recommending one but can't recall what (GNU Web Services GPL?)

     Ah, now I recall. @bkuhn wanted to call #AGPL the "GASP GPL" (GNU Application Service Provider GPL). :-)

     Since there is a Lesser GPL, shouldn't AGPL be the Greater GPL? :-)

     I've only a vague memory of my name suggestions for !AGPLv3. I shouldn't be trusted to name stuff & pick logos. I'm notoriously bad at that.

     @bkuhn I wonder if history might've been different had "GASP GPL" been chosen as name. Might've deterred some inappropriate uses of #AGPLv3.
